Khalil has been a musician for all of his life and it shows in his music. When Khalil was in grade school he was always interested in the arts . Around the age of eleven his mother surprised him with voice lessons at Southern Methodist University. He ended up staying loyal to his love of music even into college. Under the teachings of Louis Lerch, voice teacher of Leann Rimes and others; he found a passion not only for R&B/soul, but also classical and other types of music. When Khalil was a senior in high school he auditioned and got the part for an off-Broadway production of Aida, sponsored by Disney. Khalil  did not prefer this avenue of music and had to trek down another path. When Khalil was 13 he appeared on the Disney Channel on a show called 2-Games. From this event Khalil received lots of attention from the Dallas area allowing him to be featured in the Dallas Morning News and on Good Morning Texas.  Khalil is ready to climb back into the limelight. “I’m ready to amaze my audience with a sound so melodic that it can only be enjoyed!” Khalil says this with extreme confidence as he looks to jump into his craft with no looking back. Khalil has locked talents with many artists and fans creating an unstoppable force.
