YOUNG BLEED

UDC: Name? Who you are. Background Information?

YB: I’m Young Bleed or call me the Don of the Carleone Family. I’m from the dirty south Louisiana, the third coast, Southside Baton Rough a big L up for Louisiana. If you don’t recoginzed me from my face then you may know me from some of my albums that I released in the past. You may know me from “How Ya Do Dat”. Yes, I’m the originator. Hooked up with Maser P, did the remix, then hooked with Priority Records. Then with my partner Uncle Pauly, we formed Da’Tention Home Entertainment. I talking about some 60’s and 70’s type of Gangster sh*t. I came out here to D-Town and its mad love, I don’t know what “plexin” is; all that hatin and all that bullsh*t. I ‘m just yelling third coast, but it’s still West Coast Mafia.

UDC: Is there a message or theme in your music if so what is it?

YB: I bleed for the young generations. It’s a new day so everyone needs to start with themselves before placing the blame on someone else. Just know that if you’re doing wrong to a ni@@a you can’t expect the right things are going to happen for you.

UDC: So what is priority number one for you?

YB: I got a new record with my boy, Roy Jones JR on BodyHead and Da'Tention Home thru collaboration. Also, I’m working on my new album, "Once upon a Time in a Medley.” I’m working on a West Coast Mafia album with my man C-bo on the west coast all the way from LA to the bay. I got a record with “Rising Thru the Ranks”. I got a huge Carlone family like thirty artist, producers and DJ’s and I just want to open them up to the world.

UDC: How do you feel the internet has affected your genre of music?

YB: The internet has saved us a lot of money, by reaching worldwide to reach and communicate with our fans around the world.

UDC: Describe you five years from now?

YB: From the bottom of Louisiana to the top of the world and all across the nation. Still making those gangster hits.

UDC: Are there any words that you would like to express to your audience?

YB: I’ll say God first, that’s one thing I’ve learned in this evolution of music. Get this knowledge out of this quest called Life. It's the real life and the real love that's what I make for my people. Shout outs to C-Bo, Yukmouth, Spice One, Celle Cel, Blegit, and Short , who was one of the first cats I met in the rap game so, One Love, One million, One billion and all that goody-good and that hoody-hood to all ya’ll just mad love.
