Let me begin by first saying there is so much talent in Texas. ..& NickNack is one of the many to lead the charge.This Dallas Native/Austin Resident is considered by many as a true Renaissance Man.. This is a brief introduction of Nac which is also included on the album, i found this exert to be extremely motivational...Music is Very therapeutic. There is something about sound that is incredibly soothing to the Human Soul. Sound & Sight are the only Stereo Senses that GOD has givin to us. Silence is what we experience when in solitude or deep thought, in order to grow, it is important that we use our alone time to improve upon ourselves spiritually, emotionally, and mentally. This Album serves as a chronicle of my alone time. I made it a point not to have any lyrics or words, that would constrain the meaning of any given song. There are certain things in life that words just can't describe. Somehow the sound of a trumpet or the flow of a bass seems to be perfectly sufficient......When i first listened to this album i was totally blown away (being a DJ) the total sound of the album was so melodic...This album has Live Bass, Live Horns, Live Scratch....what more can you ask for as a hip hop/Jazz enthusiast..This album is quite an earful....my personal favorites are track #2 (The Mustard Seed) & track #5 (Fighting Facts) This album includes a total of 12 Tracks which all have their own specific Ora.Trust me you can be doing just about anything & Listen to this CD & have a good feeling @ the end..To me It's Just That Good....For more information on NickNack..pls visit http://www.crowdcontrolrecords.com/

Chaundon is one of the many Superheros within the Justus League.The Crew That bought you the Likes of Little Brother...Hailing from The Bronx..Chaundons lyrical flow is clear & concise...Raw Hip Hop Just bleeds from this MC....Before i first hear ed this Mixtape i knew i was in for a real treat, however when i actually heared this CD i got alot more than what i expected This CD is Full of dope collabos w/other Justus League members, Like The Late Mike Smooth (Rest In Peace Fam), Joe Scudda, and L E G A CY. Production includes the works of the great Pete Rock, Khrysis & 9th Wonder, so you see where i'm gettin at........Yup One of the best mixtapes all year ..now let me get into a little bit of song detail...this mixtape has 29 dope joints & i mean DOPE...one of the ones that stood out to me were.....25 No Excuses Remix Ft..Retsam, Louie Legs & D.V Alias Khrist production by Khrysis. ..28 It's Chaundon Baby. (On This Track my man Chaundon goes into explicit detail why his Alias is "The Back Twista" this song has so much Swagger it just reminds me of a Young Big Daddy Kane.

..3 Laughter Ft Mike Smooth...This one is bannanas ...These Two Are Killing it over Mc Lytes "Paper Thin" cmon now.....this is how hip hop is supposed to be represented...cuts by The Mad Man Dj Flash. .. 11 Bust Down On This Track Chaundon goes into detail about smoking a loosey Cigarette while cats are trying to get him for it...now if you are a smoker.. you know you you can't get the last one...That is a Violation "We all know that" the lyrics break it alll down...it cost 50 cent man get your own. Salute...All in All I gave this mixtape a 9.75 rating simply because this is what's to be expected of a Justus League member, Chaundon's comes across as an MC w/ an axe to Grind & Dammit he is making it happen ..Bronx Stand Up.JustusLeague.This Is a Definate Must Have For All Hip Hop Enthusiasts.For More Info pls visit..www.TheJustusLeague.com

I Must Say it's Glad to see conscious artists every once in awhile Epatomed is a rap group designed to rejuvenate hip-hop with raw intelligent lyrical artistry, mind opening concepts, street realness and rugged boom bap beats. One unique aspect of the epatomed style is that they express a message of civilized living and knowledge of self from the South, an image yet to be exposed to the masses. When i listened to this album i was really impressed by the diversity of Sounds & Lyricism..alot of MC's / Groups out have the same feel/vibe for most of their songs, not this Group...Epatomed is well versed in Sound Quality/Production as well as lyricism, Some of the Songs that stood out to me were #11 Play ya Part, Production by Saahir "Knowledge Born Production"..this song is so timeless simply because we all have been in situations where we were trying to holla @ someone of the Opposite sex, maybe with a bit more motsi or machismo than usual ....Listen to this Track & see how far you can really get. #2 Take a Step Ft Nowaah & Legendary Fritz, This song reminds me of an Era when Hip Hop was RAW.....so many abstract messages in this particular song..uncommon ears will get lost in the lyrical wordplay of this track, i appreciate this song for the lyrical piece of Art it truly is. Production by Saahir. All In All This album is a real treat to the ears. i would definitely recommend this album to anyone who loves Hip Hop for it's abstract Steelo.

I Basically got into hip hop hanging around the the older crowd trying to be like them. But My Brother and Childhood friend Spade are the ones Who Taught me to MC. I would listen to them & see how they move , how they talk , even watched the way they spit game to the Females. I guess they are my true influences along with others like Nas , Jay , Dj Florok , Protege & T-Kid just to name a few. Now my mental mode on the Spokesman was everybody is doing mixtapes so why not give the Masses a Real one. You know Scratching , Blending , Mc-ing , exclusives & just an all out Hip Hop worthy Mixtape. Me Being from Texas is a Gift & a Curse you know people are so Stereo-typical about The South in general, so it's hard being what they call Hip Hop-ish or what they call (East Coast-ish) but that lets me know I got something to bring to the table. (Dj Killa B) . When i first heard this mixtape the overall presence of this Austin MC was evident..Kinda reminded me of my man Bumpy Knuckles from the GangStarr foundation, this mixtape is full of lyrics that will bullyfoot any opponent, "The Spokesman" has also the Supreme production of Dj Protege reppin Blueroom Productions, Knesecary, and Dj Florok. Some of the tracks that stood out to me were track #28 Knockin off the Units, #17 I'm the One, #15 Confeddi f/ Blacksmith "Gutta Side of Town" just to name a few, The mixtape also includes the Likes of Redman, Ludacris, Rhymefest, Ghostface, Bavu Blakes, Dilated Peoples, Hovito, and Juelz Santana. This is what i like to call having an eargasm. Dope Beats & rhymes,This is one of those Cd's that stay in constant rotation in your car, cd player, ipod, whatever... Confeddi has stepped the game up a notch with his indelible rhyme brutality. I Predict Big Things for Feddi from 06 till infinity.....BlueRoom Stand Up.
